Alexia Hincks, a soon-to-be junior in Alpha Phi, attended the Emerging Leaders Institute (ELI) at Butler University. The ELI is a five-day intensive opportunity for freshman and sophomore women to better define their voice, identify their leadership skills and abilities, and learn how to make practical changes for their chapters and communities. Receiving a scholarship, Alexia participated in the ELI program with complete funding for lodging, travel, and meals. Alexia is currently the Vice President of Marketing at the Beta Upsilon chapter of Alpha Phi.
We are so proud of you, Lexi! J
Need another reason to admire OSU's Alpha Phi? Unlikely. However, at the 68th Biennial Alpha Phi National Convention (held in sunny Miami), the Oregon State University chapter acquired the following awards:
§ 1st place Marketing Program
§ Excellence in COB
§ Excellence in Recruitment
§ Excellence in Panhellenic Participation
Congrats AΦ!
